But on one hand if its a murder case and the court decide to put the murderer in the chair then i can understand that. So I honestly think it can go both way. It matters on the case. People may disagree on my thinking but that how I see things. Some people get caught for doing the stupid things but people that murder people and/or are famous they just get a slap on the wrist. Its terrible how our government works now a days.

The cruel punishments that they did before the 18th Amendment was created was horrible. Things have changed a lot from before 1787. The supreme courts should not be able to do what they can. Like I said people can get away with things if they have money. Its ridiculous how famous people with money get away with a slap on the wrist, its nuts.
We should have the right to not get a cruel punishment. The 18th amendment was created to not be able to give cruel punishment. Everyone should have the same right. From me to Donald Trump, it should be all the same.
